What are my payment options?
We accept payments with PayPal , Apple Pay, Google Pay or with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club
Can I cancel or modify an online purchase?
Unfortunately, online purchases can't be modified or cancelled after they are placed on our website, so please ensure that the correct size and colour is selected, and all shipping and billing details are correct before checking out. If a mistake was made on your order, you can Contact Us and our team will handle it on a case-by-case basis.

*Standard shipping is free on orders of $50 or more. Delivery times may vary during peak times or for remote areas. Packages are shipped by either Canada Post, FedEx, or UPS.
How are sales taxes determined?
Sales tax is determined by the location that the packages is shipped to. So if you place an order to be shipped to Ontario, then Ontario taxes will apply to the order. For more information on sales tax, see our Shipping & Taxes policy.
Return Policy
How do I return a product purchased on LuvelleLingerie.com?
First, request to make a return by contacting us at info@luvellelingerie.com. You must state that you intend to make a return, and include the product you would like to return and the date it was purchased.
If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent to us without first requesting a return will be rejected, and the product may or may not be sent back to you.

Do I have to pay shipping fees if I return a product?
Luvelle will send a return shipping label to the customer upon approval of the refund. Once the sipping label is received, it is the customers responsibility to provide return shipping. Additionally, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the return amount.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
A refund will be issued within 10 business days of receiving the returned product. Note that it may take longer for the refund to be processed and posted by your bank or credit card company.
